Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication skills in English
Professional appearance and grooming
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift as required
Willingness to comply with safety standards and use PPE when necessary

Job Qualifications

Adaptable experience with travel industry reservation systems and hotel property management systems
Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools essential
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with management
Excellent organization skills
Ability to work well under deadline pressure

Job Duties

Report to work on time and in uniform, properly groomed with appropriate name tag
Immediately respond to all arriving and departing guests by opening door and assisting with luggage, parcels, etc.
Make room deliveries requested by other departments or guests
Keep lobby neat and presentable
Show rooms and hotel facilities to guests and potential guests as requested by management
Check bags for guests who wish to store them
Monitor lobby for non-hotel guests and report to management for handling
