Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting luggage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond calmly and efficiently to guest complaints
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Professional verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including dealing with difficult guests
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Deliver guest room packages and room drops as needed in a timely and professional manner
- Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guests
- Provide information to guests regarding local attractions and activities
- Respond appropriately to guest complaints
- Inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances or dissatisfied guests
- Perform other duties as assigned such as accepting dry cleaning from guests and securing it for pick up
- Deliver clean laundry or guest mail/messages or sundry items to guest rooms
- Respond to other special requests
