Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Communicate constantly with Front Office and Valet to coordinate guest services
- Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage
- Ensure guests are familiar with room accommodations and features
- Provide friendly and helpful local and hotel recommendations
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance while performing duties
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage safely
- Engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
