Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight

Job Duties
- Escort guests to and from rooms and transport luggage efficiently
- Communicate regularly with Front Office and Transportation to coordinate guest services
- Ensure guests are knowledgeable about room accommodations and hotel features
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times
- Assist guests with any requests or information about local attractions
- Lift moderate amounts of weight related to guest luggage
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage in friendly conversations with guests
