Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Capacity to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances

Job Duties

  • Communicate constantly with the Front Office and Valet teams to ensure timely guest escort and luggage transport
  • Provide a strong guest service orientation to meet and exceed high guest expectations
  • Ensure guests are comfortable with their accommodations and knowledgeable of room features
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment requiring moderate walking, standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Engage guests in casual conversation and provide hotel or local recommendations
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy as a visible representative of the hotel
  • Handle guest luggage and personal items safely and securely
