Job Duties

  • Communicate constantly with Front Office and Valet teams to ensure efficient luggage transport and guest escort
  • Maintain strong guest service orientation to meet high guest expectations
  • Ensure guests are comfortable with accommodations and knowledgeable about room features
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring moderate walking, standing, and lifting
  • Engage guests in casual conversation to provide hotel and local recommendations
  • Assist guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
