Job Duties
- Escort guests to and from their rooms in a timely and courteous manner
- assist with the transportation of luggage and personal items
- maintain constant communication with the Front Office and Valet teams
- ensure guests are familiar with room features and hotel amenities
- provide information and recommendations about the hotel and local area
- uphold the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and entrance areas
- represent Hyatt's commitment to exceptional guest service
