Job Requirements

Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the non-gaming level
Constant standing, walking, and reaching, with occasional movements at shoulder level, as well as frequent squatting, kneeling, and bending
Ability to drive vehicles and to see well enough to drive in parking garage
Ability to walk, jog, and climb stairs
Demonstrate the capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, as well as push/pull items of similar weight

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
Valid driver's license and minimum age of 21 years required
Prior experience in luxury property guest service, front door, or bell service preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

Follow parking procedures to park guest vehicles and maintain a clean and orderly valet area and hotel entrance
Perform vehicle inspections, hang coats, and tag luggage for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
Open doors, unload/load luggage, and assist guests
Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive information shared by Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and its guests
Present a friendly demeanor and positive body language to warmly welcome and assist guests
Provide information on property amenities, local attractions, and facilitate transportation arrangements for guests
Safely transport luggage to designated areas and provide assistance with storage and retrieval
