Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the non-gaming level with Rivers Casino assisting in application and fee
- constant standing, walking, and reaching with occasional movements at shoulder level as well as frequent squatting, kneeling, and bending
- ability to drive vehicles and see well enough to drive in parking garage
- ability to walk, jog, and climb stairs
- demonstrate capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds as well as push/pull items of similar weight
- valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21 years
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
- valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21 years required
- prior experience in luxury property guest service, front door, or bell service preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork
- flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Follow parking procedures to park guest vehicles and maintain a clean and orderly valet area and hotel entrance
- perform vehicle inspections, hang coats, and tag luggage for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- open doors, unload/load luggage, and assist guests
- uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive information shared by Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and its guests
- present a friendly demeanor and positive body language to warmly welcome and assist guests
- provide information on property amenities, local attractions, and facilitate transportation arrangements for guests
- safely transport luggage to designated areas and provide assistance with storage and retrieval
