Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable transportation to the center location
- Strong time-management observational analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently under supervision and as part of a team
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire if not already certified
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current RBT credential (preferred for experienced candidates)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental delays in clinical or therapeutic settings (preferred)
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis behavior intervention techniques prompting and reinforcement strategies (preferred)
- Strong time-management observational analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently under supervision and as part of a team
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire if not already certified
- Creativity adaptability initiative and emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication written and verbal active listening open-mindedness and strong teamwork
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving orientation and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development and family collaboration
Job Duties
- Deliver center-based ABA therapy sessions to children between 18 months and 10 years old using individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA
- Collect record and summarize data on observable behaviors such as frequency duration and latency to track progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Implement skill-acquisition programs and behavior-reduction protocols including prompting reinforcement and fading consistently and with fidelity
- Build positive rapport with clients and their families promoting engagement social interactions communication and life skills
- Participate in team meetings training and supervision and collaborate with Lead RBTs and BCBAs to maintain quality standards
- Maintain the center therapy space including materials preparation cleanliness organization and ensuring a safe environment for clients
- Uphold ethical standards confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
