Job Requirements
- 2 plus years experience in behavioral intervention or special education
- Knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- CPI certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel up to 35 miles one-way within assigned region
- Reliable transportation

- Physical ability to support students in various activities
- Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and student needs

Job Duties
- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) in collaboration with classroom teachers
- Provide individualized behavioral instructional support to meet specific student needs
- Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies to address targeted behaviors
- Monitor and assist students during transitions, meals, and daily activities
- Facilitate recreational activities and support off-campus trips
- Maintain detailed daily documentation of student behavior and progress across all required systems
- Respond to emergency situations using Nonviolent Crisis Intervention techniques
- Establish effective communication channels with supervisors and agency staff
- Accurately complete necessary documentation including session notes and collecting client signatures
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients
- Provide client-related communication to caregivers and the program team as appropriate
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings, meetings, and in-services
- Support Supervisor, School Services in review of team performance and compliance
