Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 6 months experience working with children under 13 in group settings preferred
- ability to lift 25lbs
- ability to meet state-specific requirements including LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test
- outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- ability to work well in a team
- drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living

- Organize program materials for lessons and activities
- document attendance, incidents and other observations
- deliver daily curriculum to engage children academically and socially
- model positive guidance and effective classroom management
- support homework completion
