Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and table turnover
- Operate reservation systems such as OpenTable efficiently
- Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
- Assist with preparing the dining area before service times
