Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional and friendly demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or food and beverage
  • Familiarity with reservation management systems like OpenTable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  • Manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and table turnover
  • Operate reservation systems such as OpenTable efficiently
  • Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues promptly
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
  • Assist with preparing the dining area before service times
