Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- manage guest seating efficiently and courteously
- maintain knowledge of the restaurant menu and services to answer guest inquiries
- coordinate with hostesses, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- handle reservations and waitlists using OpenTable or similar systems
- work calmly and effectively under pressure
- support team unity and contribute to a positive work environment
