Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Ability to use reservation management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful environments calmly
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Positive and energetic personality
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage initial seating and reservations
- Coordinate with the serving and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- Manage OpenTable reservations and guest waiting lists
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the host station and dining entrance
- Communicate guest feedback and special requests to management and team members
- Assist in upholding a team-first culture and support co-workers during busy periods
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues calmly and effectively
