- prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles

Job Duties
- welcome guests and create a positive first impression
- manage guest seating and reservations using OpenTable
- support team cohesion and work effectively under pressure
- communicate guest needs to kitchen and serving staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
- answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the menu and restaurant policies
- assist in coordinating dining room flow to ensure guest satisfaction
