- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage guest reservations and seating assignments using OpenTable or similar systems
- Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain an organized and clean host area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any initial concerns promptly
- Assist in managing wait lists and timing for table availability
- Support team unity by maintaining effective communication and a positive attitude
