Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage service
  • knowledge of reservation systems like OpenTable preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong customer service orientation
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • welcome guests and create a positive first impression
  • manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems
  • coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
  • maintain communication with front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • support team cohesion and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
  • assist with opening and closing duties as needed
