Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 10 years of restaurant experience
- minimum of 5 years in a senior management position
- demonstrated leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent customer service orientation
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- lead all aspects of restaurant operations including overseeing reservations and seating
- hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
- monitor service and performance of team members
- anticipate and proactively address guests’ needs to ensure satisfaction
- lead daily meetings fostering a positive and educational work environment
- oversee menu changes to ensure quality and innovation
- maintain a supportive and ethical workplace culture
