Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to check IDs and comply with alcohol laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight

Job Duties
- Meet the company standard for excellent guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn and have knowledge of various beer wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirements for alcoholic beverages
- Communicate cut-off to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Contact management if unable to resolve or make decisions beyond scope
- Request additional product or restock as required
- Handle cash accurately and manage assigned cash bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and well-maintained bar equipment
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
