Job Requirements

  • Class A Commercial Drivers License
  • Ability to pass DOT physical
  • Ability to pass DOT drug test
  • Motor vehicle records check
  • Previous employment DOT records check
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift up to 165 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stand for long periods
  • Ability to tolerate temperature fluctuations

Job Qualifications

  • This position requires a current Class A Commercial Drivers License before hire
  • Drivers must be able to pass a DOT physical, pass a DOT drug test, a motor vehicle records check, and a previous employment DOT records check
  • Ability to lift up to 165 pounds, bend, stand for several hours at a time, and tolerate going back and forth from hot to cold temperatures
  • Must be 21 year of age or older

Job Duties

  • Pre-trip and post-trip DOT required inspection
  • Maintaining required DOT time logs
  • Safe handling of company truck in many territories in Southwest Missouri
  • Bringing product into assigned accounts with a two wheeled dolly
  • Providing courteous customer service
  • Stock rotation, shelf replenishment, and display building
  • Current and past due bill collecting
  • Verify correctness of order coming into account
  • Communicate with Salesman and Driver Supervisor all issues regarding your equipment or route
  • Keep the equipment, tractor and trailer, clean
  • Follow correct check in procedures at the end of the route
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary
