Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 0-2 years of retail experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and bookkeeping skills
- Good organization, prioritization, decision-making, problem solving and conflict management skills
- Knowledge of suggestive selling and products preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with capability to work in hands-on environment
- Good strategic planning and business acumen skills

Job Duties
- Order and maintain inventory while utilizing inventory control procedures to ensure product freshness and quality
- Review and validate received orders for amount, quality, count or weight, condition, and ensure proper product storage
- Manage vendors responsible for stocking, production, and additional tasks to maintain product quality, plan production, ensure accuracy and date-sensitive rotation, and handle spoiled/damaged products per guidelines
- Maintain familiarity with all department products and overall store product knowledge
- Know ad items, special prices, coupon deals and features related to store sales and rewards programs
- Execute weekly and periodic Flight Plans according to company expectations and timelines
- Use required tools and software to manage scheduling following forecasted guidelines
- Implement Our Winning Recipe and model core values and competencies
- Support department manager in staffing, training, performance management and career development of associates
- Assist in developing and monitoring department goals and forecasts
- Participate in daily huddles, manager meetings, and district/company-level meetings as required
- Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked department following structure of the day and Prime Time standards
- Ensure all food safety and safety guidelines are followed and take immediate corrective action if not
- Support development and implementation of plans to meet company goals and KPIs
- Adhere to PPE, safety, food safety and cleaning expectations
- Follow Guest Experience Guidelines
- Perform tasks in other departments as assigned
- Additional responsibilities as needed
