Job Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years
Food handler certification
TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certification where applicable
Ability to operate bar equipment safely
Willingness to learn new systems and methods
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs occasionally
Consistent attendance at work

Job Duties

Maintain quality control and food safety standards by rotating alcohol and related products
Expertly prepare, pour, and serve alcoholic beverages adhering to proper guidelines and TABC protocol
Possess in-depth knowledge of beer and wine selections and suggest perfect food pairings
Create eye-catching product displays and uphold bar cleanliness to company standards
Serve hot and cold prepared foods while following food safety guidelines
Boost product sales through suggestive selling techniques
Efficiently sort and stack products in accordance with company standards
Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment by following established safety procedures
Provide a warm, customer-focused experience by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries
