Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Food handler certification
  • TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certification where applicable
  • Ability to operate bar equipment safely
  • Willingness to learn new systems and methods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Consistent attendance at work

Job Duties

  • Expertly prepare, pour, and serve alcoholic beverages adhering to proper guidelines and TABC protocol
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of beer and wine selections and suggest perfect food pairings
  • Create eye-catching product displays and uphold bar cleanliness to company standards
  • Serve hot and cold prepared foods while following food safety guidelines
  • Boost product sales through suggestive selling techniques
  • Efficiently sort and stack products in accordance with company standards
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment by following established safety procedures
  • Provide a warm, customer-focused experience by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries
