Job Requirements

  • Authorized to live and work in the United States
  • Must hold an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating
  • FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000 hours of total flight time preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet programs
  • Willingness to participate in CAE's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program

Job Qualifications

  • Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
  • Minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating
  • FAR Part 135 flying experience preferred
  • Minimum 3,000 hours of total flight time preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
  • Effective communication skills across multiple mediums
  • Strong understanding of Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles

Job Duties

  • Conduct flight instruction and simulator training sessions for clients
  • Develop and tailor training programs to meet diverse customer needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely training records in compliance with CAE policies and FAA requirements
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management across all media
  • Foster a welcoming and professional learning environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service aligned with the company's 'red carpet' standard
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
