Job Requirements
- Authorized to live and work in the United States
- Must hold an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating
- FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000 hours of total flight time preferred
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet programs
- Willingness to participate in CAE's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program
Job Qualifications
- Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- Minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating
- FAR Part 135 flying experience preferred
- Minimum 3,000 hours of total flight time preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
- Effective communication skills across multiple mediums
- Strong understanding of Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles
Job Duties
- Conduct flight instruction and simulator training sessions for clients
- Develop and tailor training programs to meet diverse customer needs
- Maintain accurate and timely training records in compliance with CAE policies and FAA requirements
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management across all media
- Foster a welcoming and professional learning environment
- Provide exceptional customer service aligned with the company's 'red carpet' standard
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
