- Between the ages of 21-36
- Delivered at least one healthy child with no major complications
- No more than 2 C-sections or 5 deliveries
- Body mass index (BMI) of 32 or below
- US citizen or permanent resident
- No current drug or alcohol use
- Having a strong support system

Job Duties
- Carry and deliver healthy babies for intended parents
- Participate in medical screenings and prenatal care
- Maintain regular communication with intended parents and surrogacy coordinators
- Attend educational and counseling sessions related to surrogacy
- Follow all medical and legal protocols throughout the surrogacy process
- Manage emotional and physical health during surrogacy
- Support intended parents emotionally throughout the journey
