Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items and lift occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready, and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms including in-store, online and mobile, operating a point-of-sale system and bagging items
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- Create a clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the salesfloor
- Keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
- Promote initiatives like our Nordstrom Rewards program
