Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Share your love of beauty trends and tell customers all about product knowledge
- Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals theyre looking for
- Keep the sales floor clean, and filled in and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day
