- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
- ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
- strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- physical requirements including continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items including reaching for and lifting above the head
- ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
