Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle physical demands including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems
- Must be able to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift

- Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Physical stamina to perform continuous movement and lifting as required
Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening
- Assist customers when cashiering with various transactions across in-store, online, and mobile platforms
- Operate point-of-sale system and bag items of all sizes including bulky and heavy boxes
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the salesfloor
- Organize stockrooms and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and adhere to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards
- Promote Nordstrom Rewards program initiatives
