Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
- ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Share your love of beauty trends and tell customers all about product knowledge
- keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they are looking for
- keep the sales floor clean and filled in and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day
