Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach frequently
- Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
- Strong math and communication skills
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally

Job Duties
- Share love of beauty trends and provide product knowledge to customers
- Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while assisting customers to find deals
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor
- Complete all inventory processes including checking in and accurately ticketing merchandise
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely and effective resolution
- Work with the team to ensure the sales floor is ready by re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day
