- physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching
- frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items including lifting above the head
- regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
