- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Share your love of beauty trends and tell customers all about product knowledge
- keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they are looking for
- keep the sales floor clean, filled in and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day
