Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- ability to perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- ability to handle and lift items up to 25 pounds
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Share your love of beauty trends and tell customers all about product knowledge
- keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover great deals
- keep the sales floor clean, and fill in and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day
