Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
- Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale system and Apple devices
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests
- Handle customer service transactions including sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store events
- Stay informed on product knowledge and benefits
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance
