Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds during shift
- Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects
- Ability to perform cashier tasks and customer service duties

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Demonstrates passion for guest service and competency in selling
- Proficient with basic technology including point of sale systems and Apple devices
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, personalizing services, answering product questions, informing about promotions, and recommending products or services
- Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience
- Book appointments for and support execution of in-store services and events
- Stay informed about new and existing products and services during work time to better serve guests
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance
