Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- passion for guest service and competency for selling
- proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale system and Apple devices
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to troubleshoot
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to continuously move throughout the store during shifts
- frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shifts
- ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs continuously or frequently during shifts

Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering product and service questions, informing about promotions, and recommending complementary products and services
- courteously handle customer service tasks including sales, refunds, exchanges, and assisting with online orders
- perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience
- book appointments and support the execution of in-store services and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals
- stay informed about new and existing products and their benefits to better serve guests
- maintain prompt and regular attendance
