Job Requirements

  • high school diploma preferred
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
  • passion for guest service and competency for selling
  • proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale system and Apple devices
  • ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • ability to troubleshoot
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to continuously move throughout the store during shifts
  • frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shifts
  • ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs continuously or frequently during shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
  • ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering product and service questions, informing about promotions, and recommending complementary products and services
  • courteously handle customer service tasks including sales, refunds, exchanges, and assisting with online orders
  • perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience
  • book appointments and support the execution of in-store services and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals
  • stay informed about new and existing products and their benefits to better serve guests
  • maintain prompt and regular attendance
