Job Requirements
- Work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shifts
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds continuously or frequently
- Ability to coordinate and manipulate objects during shifts
- High school diploma preferred
- At least one year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals on retail and service sales
- Greet and engage each guest to personalize services and inform about promotions
- Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store services and events
- Stay informed about product knowledge and benefits
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance
