Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Continuous mobility throughout store during shifts
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to coordinate and manipulate objects continuously and frequently
- High school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and guest loyalty goals
- Ensure exceptional service by engaging guests and personalizing their experience
- Handle customer service tasks including sales, refunds, exchanges, and online orders
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store events
- Stay informed about new products and services to better serve guests
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance
