Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- continuous mobility throughout the store during shift
- frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift
- ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs continuously or frequently
- maintain prompt and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- minimum 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience combination
- passion for guest service and selling
- proficiency with point of sale systems and Apple devices
- strong customer relationship skills
- ability to troubleshoot
- ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Engage guests to assess individual beauty needs and provide personalized service
- perform cashier tasks including handling sales, refunds, exchanges, and assisting with online orders
- apply makeup, conduct skincare analysis, and demonstrate products to enhance sales and guest experience
- book appointments and support execution of in-store services and events
- maintain merchandise by stocking, signing, facing, and ensuring testers are available
- keep store clean by maintaining salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas
- adhere to company policies and loss prevention practices
