Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
- proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale system and Apple devices
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to troubleshoot
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capable of continuous mobility throughout the store during shift
- capable of frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift
- able to continuously and/or frequently lift, carry, and/or move up to 25 lbs during shift
- able to continuously coordinate and manipulate objects during shift

Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service to their needs, answering product and service questions, informing about promotions, and recommending complementary products or services
- courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders
- perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience
- book appointments and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals
- stay informed about new and existing products and services and maintain knowledge of their ingredients and benefits
- maintain prompt and regular attendance
