Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- passion for guest service and competency in selling
- proficiency with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- troubleshooting skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, bend, pull, push, reach, twist, lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs during shifts

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- ensure exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering product and promotion questions, and recommending complementary products and services
- handle customer service tasks such as sales, refunds, exchanges, and support for online orders
- perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience
- book appointments and support execution of in-store events and services
- stay informed of new and existing products and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations
- maintain prompt and regular attendance
