Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to coordinate and manipulate objects during shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- One year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Passion for guest service and selling
- Proficiency with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering product questions, informing about promotions, and recommending complementary products and services
- Handle customer service tasks including sales, refunds, exchanges, and assistance with online orders
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience
- Book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events to achieve sales goals
- Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better serve guests
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance
