Job Requirements

Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Continuous mobility throughout the store during shifts
Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shifts
Continuous or frequent lifting, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds during shifts
Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
One year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Demonstrated passion for guest service and competency in selling
Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering product questions, informing about promotions, and recommending products and services
Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction
Book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience and meet sales goals
Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better serve guests
Maintain prompt and regular attendance
