Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience in retail, preferably beauty
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to draft reports and present to various stakeholders
  • Proficient math skills including fractions and decimals
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time
  • Ability to maintain professional and dependable attendance

  • Ability to present to management and business partners
  • Competent in interpreting technical documents
  • Proficient in basic math including rate, ratio, and percent calculations
  • Leadership skills to empower and coach associates
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities
  • Skilled in building vendor and vendor partnerships
  • Comfortable with travel commitments
  • Capability to use virtual and in-person communication methods

Job Duties

  • Analyze business results to identify sales-driving opportunities
  • Communicate priorities and strategies to Division and store teams
  • Collaborate with Regional Merchandise Execution and Store partners to support growth
  • Lead and participate in event execution including corporate and vendor events
  • Prepare for and follow up on store visits and planning meetings
  • Develop collaborative relationships with vendors
  • Direct and assess execution based on national guidelines
  • Visit competitors to evaluate market opportunities
  • Encourage forward-thinking and challenge the status quo
  • Drive excellent customer service and sales culture
  • Work with Beauty Managers to set coaching priorities
  • Support training and education of store colleagues
  • Recognize and reinforce store team performance
  • Support onboarding and recruitment of Beauty team members
  • Maintain regular and dependable attendance
  • Foster an inclusive and respectful environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
