- Physical ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks

Job Duties
- Stocks shelves, refills displays
- Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products
- Conditions shelves and products
- Learns and applies product knowledge with an eye for detail
- Keeps department clean and well-organized
- Applies personal discipline to ensure compliance with SOPs and leader direction
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and company food safety and sanitation regulations
- Works efficiently with a team attitude
- Takes constructive feedback and applies learning
- May coach or train other stockers
- Operates with team mindset and works cross-functionally
- Models customer service and hospitality
- Assists customers in locating products and answering questions
