- Knowledge of local beaches, restaurants, and attractions or willingness to learn
- Ability to operate a golf cart safely
- Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills

- Ability to work effectively in an outdoor guest-facing environment
Job Duties
- Assist guests with transportation to and from the beach, around the Del Mar village, and to nearby restaurants and attractions
- Safely operate the beach shuttle golf cart prioritizing guest comfort and safety
- Provide insider tips, local knowledge, and recommendations to guests
- Engage with guests creating meaningful connections and positive experiences
- Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism in a visible role
- Ensure the cleanliness and operational readiness of the shuttle vehicle
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
