Job Requirements

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
  • three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required
  • successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • ability to carry and balance a tray
  • ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers
  • weekend and holiday availability required

Job Duties

  • Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
  • greet guests according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service
  • anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary
  • complete opening and closing sidework as assigned and have all tables set according to standard
  • offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
