Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform physical labor including lifting and standing for long periods
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
compliance with federal employment laws and equal opportunity policies

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
ability to work well in a team environment
strong communication skills
physical ability to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods
basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices is beneficial

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness of the beach area including dining facilities
maintain cleanliness of bathroom facilities
pick up trash throughout the beach and surrounding grounds
assist in set-up and tear down of special events
perform general grounds maintenance
provide high caliber customer service to members, guests, and visitors
ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld
