Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work standing for long periods
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
- Prior experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Must report to work on time and follow schedule
- Attention to safety and reporting hazards
Job Qualifications
- Neat and presentable appearance
- Warm and pleasant personality
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety standards
Job Duties
- Keep the beach clean throughout the shift and before leaving each day
- Provide towels, chairs, and umbrella service for guests and the public for a fee
- Store all beach equipment at the end of each shift
- Issue and return used towels to the property while taking inventory at the beginning and end of each day
- Monitor all activity on the beach and report any issues in a daily log
- Participate in hotel staffing meetings when necessary
- Remain alert to safety hazards and report them to security or supervisors
